By placing an order with Gym Equipment Shop, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. These policies are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for our customers within the United Kingdom.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned in their original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • All tags attached
  • In the original packaging

B. RETURN PROCESS

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label where applicable

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@gymequipmentshop.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

D. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered only for items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Sent in the wrong size

E. RESTOCKING FEE

Gym Equipment Shop does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
The maximum refund processing time is 7 business days.

G. NO REFUND FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Discounts must be applied at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for discounts that were not used at the time of purchase. Retroactive discount adjustments are not available.
